Autousdirect, an e-commerce platform focused on car sales, I collaborated with a frontend developer to accomplish multiple achievements. This included developing a Django-based dashboard for administrators and customers, built REST APIs to be integrated on the frontend for seamless communication, and creating web scraping bots using Scrapy for daily data updates. We successfully integrated the Payway payment gateway for secure transactions and developed an analytics dashboard for data-driven decision-making. Despite challenges, our collaboration resulted in a comprehensive and successful project. By transitioning from WordPress to a custom-built website, our team addressed the frequent complaints of slow performance.
